Menu Plan Monday, Part II

Hickory Lane Farm sent over the list for Wednesday’s market early so I was able to sit down this morning and do my menu plan for the rest of the week.  Squash blossoms were on the list.  I’ve always wanted to work with them so, I’m going to give them a go and include them in our pizza this Friday.  We’re supposed to be home all weekend and that means grilling both Saturday and Sunday. 

What ingredient have you always wanted to try to cook with but haven’t yet?

7/8 – Something from the leftovers in the freezer

7/9 – Kale and Feta Baked Potatoes

7/10 – Squash Blossom Pizza

7/11 – Coffee Rubbed Cheeseburgers

7/12 – Kebabs – Veggie and Sausage

7/13 – Vegetable Ribbon Pasta

7/14 – Grilled Vegetables with Mixed Greens and Blue Cheese

  1. Yum! Your menu is tantalizing. I will be so curious to hear about your squash blossom adventures, and I am also hoping to learn more about those kale and feta baked potatoes. That sounds like a winning combination!
